Call for Abstracts
AONS and ISNCC CONFERENCE ON CANCER NURSING
Tokyo, Japan | 5-7 August 2027
The AONS & ISNCC 2027 Conference warmly invites researchers, clinicians, educators to submit abstracts for general presentations, including oral and oral pitch, and poster sessions.
This international conference provides a unique platform to share innovative research, clinical practice, education, and policy initiatives in oncology nursing, fostering global collaboration and advancing cancer care.
General Information & Deadlines
- Abstracts must be submitted electronically via the online submission system by 1 December 2026, 23:59 (JST) according to the instructions below.
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Submitted works must not have been published or presented elsewhere.
- Before submitting, please carefully review the detailed abstract guidelines, including word limits, formatting requirements, and ethical considerations.
- Submissions must have been approved by all authors.
- All accepted abstracts will be published in a Conference Highlights & Abstracts Special Edition journal publication after the conference. Please confirm your acceptance for your abstract to be included in this publication at the submission form.
Abstract Submission FAQ
- Q If I select "Oral Presentation" as my preferred presentation format and am not selected for an oral presentation, will my abstract be rejected?
- A A. No. If an abstract is not selected for an Oral Presentation, it may still be considered for a Rapid Fire Presentation or e-Poster Presentation. However, selection for another presentation category is not guaranteed and will depend on the review results and the Scientific Committee's decision.
- Q Does "First Time Presenter" refer only to first-time presenters at AONS/ISNCC or oncology nursing conferences?
- A A. No. "First Time Presenter" does not refer specifically to AONS/ISNCC or oncology nursing conferences. If you have previously presented at any conference, including poster or e-Poster presentations, you should not apply as a First Time Presenter.

A preferred presentation method should be selected from the following options:

| e-Poster | e-Poster will be displayed with dedicated discussion opportunities (no oral presentation). | |
* Please note that all submitted abstracts will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee and their selection will be final.

Before submitting an abstract, you must first create an account in the submission system.
Conference Registration
You may proceed with your submission before registering for the conference.
However, if you plan to attend please ensure that your conference registration and payment are completed by specified deadline. Please note that all speakers are responsible for their own registration, travel, and accommodation expenses.
