Member Rates

* To qualify for the member rates, you must be:

• an AONS individual member
• a member of an ISNCC-affiliated organization, or an ISNCC global citizen

Required Documents	You will be required to provide evidence of your membership (e.g., a copy of your valid membership card or your 2026-27 membership fee receipt).

Attention: By selecting this rate, you acknowledge that your eligibility will be verified. If you do not meet the criteria, we will update your registration category to the Non-Member rate and process the price difference.

LMIC Rates

***This discounted rate is for Low-income and Lower-middle-income countries.
ISNCC and AONS support a reduced registration rate for Low and Low-Middle Income Countries as per the World Bank ranking. You can download the current classification by income in XLSX format to check your country’s current status. Documented evidence of residential address is required upon registration and is subject to approval.

Required Documents	You must upload documented evidence of your residential address. All applications are subject to verification by the secretariat.

Attention: By selecting this rate, you acknowledge that your eligibility will be verified. If you do not meet the criteria, we will update your registration category to the Non-Member rate and process the price difference.

Service Descriptions

Full Registration includes:

• Entry to plenary, concurrent and poster sessions
• Electronic handbook, name badge and attendance certificate (accessible via the conference system)
• Welcome Reception (on Friday 5 August 2027)

Day Registration includes:

• Entry to plenary, concurrent and poster sessions and exhibition booths (on Thursday, Friday or Saturday only)
• Electronic handbook, name badge and attendance certificate (accessible via the conference system)

Payment

• Registration fees must be paid by credit card.
• Payment via electronic funds transfer (EFT) is available only for Group/Bulk Payments. If you wish to use this method, please contact the Conference Secretariat for individual consultation.
• Please complete your payment by 30 days post-registration or the registration deadline, and all bank fees must be covered by the sender.
• Your registration will be only completed once the payment is processed.
• All prices quoted are in Japanese Yens.

Cancellation

• The registration fee is nonrefundable. Please review your selection carefully before proceeding to payment.

Liability

• In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Conference Organisers accept no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegate.

Disclaimers

• The Conference program and registration information is correct at the time of publication. However, the Organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.
• During your attendance at the Conference, your image or voice may be recorded via video, photography or by any other means recorded by an official representative of the AONS or ISNCC, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the AONS/ISNCC. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the Organiser by emailing aonsisncc2027@jtbcom.co.jp

Insurance

• Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Delegates are strongly advised to take out their own travel and medical insurance. The Organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

• A limited number of travel grants will be made available from ISNCC. For further information about the grants please refer to the ISNCC.ORG - Travel Grants page.

Information for International Visitors

International delegates should visit the following webpage for further information about travel requirements including visa requirements and visa exemptions. Letter from conference organisers may be requested at registration.
